House Rules

1. Before check-in, the inspection of guests' vehicles will be conducted to ensure accurate head counts and for security purposes.

2. Guests are required to present valid identification during check-in, and only those registered are permitted to occupy rooms; visitors must register at the front desk.

3. Kindly secure your belongings, as the management will not be held responsible for any loss or damage.

4. San Felipe, Zambales, enforces a smoke-free policy with corresponding penalties for violations; smoking is strictly prohibited in all public areas, including indoor spaces and the premises.

5. The management disclaims liability for any medical expenses incurred by guests in case of injury, although a first aid kit is available for use.

6. Swimming beyond 6 PM is prohibited by the San Felipe LGU & Coastguard, and swimming under the influence of alcohol is strictly prohibited with penalties for violations; the management bears no responsibility for any resulting accidents or injuries.

7. Guests are urged to be considerate of others by minimizing noise levels, especially between 10 PM and 8 AM.

8. Tent pitching and beach bonfires are not permitted.

9. Grilling on the beachfront, inside the loft, or on the balcony is prohibited; a designated grilling area is available with penalties for non-compliance.

10. Please return your room key upon check-out; a fee of 250 PHP will be charged for lost keys.

11. Lost and found items will be retained for three months from the date of discovery and disposed of if unclaimed, except for important documents such as passports and IDs.

12. Renting the entire resort requires full payment upfront, with deposits forfeited in case of cancellation.

13. Clean As You Go (CLAYGO). Kindly tidy up after yourself during your stay to maintain cleanliness and a pleasant environment for all guests.
